‘I love this class as it is so much fun and doesn't feel like "exercise". Rachel is a great instructor and the class is not intimidating in the slightest.’

‘I started taking Zumba at "On The Floor Fitness" with Rachel almost a year ago. At first, I stood in the back to learn the dance moves, now I am in the front and ready to dance. This really is a fun workout! Sweat with a smile on your face :-)’

‘Love, love, love this class!! Not only is it a great, high-energy workout, but it's super fun with a wonderful group of girls!! The music is amazing and Rachel's choreography is awesome! Would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to feel great, have fun and get an incredible workout!!’

‘Rachel is a wonderful instructor and has super fun choreography! She is consistent and very welcoming to new comers! Oh, and the Zumba...the music gets going and everyone dances and moves 'til it stops! I have my favorite routines and Rachel always takes requests! I highly recommend trying a Zumba class @ OTF! ’

‘I took my first class at On The Floor Fitness almost a year ago, and was hooked from the start! I was very hesitant because I'm 53 and never could dance a lick, but Rachel made me feel completely comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I had SO much fun and realized what a great workout it was that I didn't care if I wasn't a dancer anymore! :) I'm also a member of the Y, but I love these classes so much more than any others I've tried or working out on cardio equipment. This is just plain FUN and when I'm finished I'm sweating buckets. I drive 30 miles to get there and it has to be something pretty serious to make me miss a class. Absolutely recommend it to anyone considering trying it!!’

‘Wow!!!! I've been to many dance fitness classes and have enjoyed many of them. Some have great instructors, but no personality, others great personality and very welcoming, but the dance was less than par BUT, ON THE DANCE FITNESS ROCKS IT ALL! It's wonderful to be able to go to a class and know that someone will be friendly and welcome you and make you feel like part of the party. Rachel takes the time to personally welcome you in a way that isn't over bearing its such a blessing to know you'll be part of the family no matter what!’
