4) Find all the races, festivals, seminars or events around town in one place in our consolidated ACTIVE CALENDAR.

5) Share everything with friends and family because getting active and healthy is always better when you have others to share your experience

6) Tell your employer and get them to bring the ACTIVENOW experience to your office with our unique, fun and engaging Employer Wellness Program.

 
 

What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and yes, your information is safe and sound. If you choose to save your payment information during the checkout process, it is encrypted and stored on our credit card processor’s servers, not on ACTIVENOW.com.

 
 

What happens if the provider goes out of business?

We work hard to partner with the best providers in town. However, if one should fall on hard times and go out of business, simply contact us and we will refund your purchase, no questions asked.

 
 

Why can’t I login?

First, check to make sure that your password is correct. If during the password reset process you get a message saying “Enter Correct Email Address,” check your email address. If that doesn't work, you likely need to create an account. To create your account, click on the green “JOIN” button, enter your name, email and password, and activate your account. You will receive a confirmation email from ACTIVENOW@ACTIVENOW.com, be sure to add this address to your safe sender list so you get all our emails going forward. Next, click on the activation link in the confirmation email and you are all set to go.

 
 

How do I change my personal information?

Once you have logged-in, click on the My Profile green button in the top right corner. From there you can change your name, email and password.

 
 

How do I view my past purchases?

In the My Profile section, you can view your past purchases and even print your vouchers, including gift purchases.

 
 

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, first go to the "Log In" page located at the link on the top right corner of the home page. Next, click the "Forgot Password?" link and fill out the information. Your password will be reset and you will receive an email with additional instructions.

 
 

Is my browser supported?

Our site was tested with current versions of the most prevalent browsers (Chrome, IE7 and above, Safari, Firefox); however, we are unable to support issues with older browser versions which include Internet Explorer 6 or earlier. If trying a different browser doesn't fix your issue, and you cannot complete you purchase, email us at support@activenow.com.
